Shavette: PAA Shavette World
Blade: Perma-Sharp  (1)
Soap:  The Blades Grim Smolder
Brush: Omega boar hair
Post shave:, witch hazel, PAA alum, British Sterling aftershave and the beard balm - Maestro's Beard Butter Spirited Blend.

Day four shaving with the Shavette World shavette with a Perma-Sharp blade (first use on this blade). This has been fun going from a kamisori style razor to a straight razor style, a folder and a non-folder. This tests what I have learned, what are my weak points and my strong points. It's a challenge learning both of them but when I walk out of the house after my morning shave ... I know that I am finally getting that smooth comfortable shave that I have been looking for after so many years with a shavette.
Smolder, The Blades Grim shaving soap has a unique name an to me is a unique looking soap when I unscrew the top and look into the tin. The puck is well formed as if it was carefully cut to fit into the tin. I mean the top of this soap is very smooth, not like any other soap that I have seen. The first time I used this this soap it left a smooth post feel and the same this time. The post shave feel is nice and I am looking into buying Cinder.
Maestro's Beard Butter ... this is different than a beard balm so the feel is different. I'll use it for a while longer to see if I like it or not. Smooth shaves.
